The Falconer was lucky enough to have a conversation with this musical individual.

What inspired you to write music and become a musician on your own?

I’ve always enjoyed my own content when it comes to writing. I started out writing short stories when I was in 1st grade, then poetry in 3rd grade, and it all finally clicked for me when I started writing songs when I was 11. Music was the one thing that I really had a passion for, and now it’s the only thing I can see myself doing.

What is your everyday life like?

My everyday life is a balance between my normal life and the musical side of it. I’m homeschooled, which allows me to go to Nashville more often. I write whenever I can, and I make sure I spend enough time being active and healthy.

What challenges have you faced that have persuaded you to continue singing?

The music industry is a competitive world. There will be times where you will be stepped on, manipulated, and told that you are not good enough. Personally, I have never genuinely wanted to quit. However, I have realized that I have to make sacrifices. For example, I had to give up a big part of my social life, which was going to a regular school, to do what I love.

With two albums already produced, what are your future goals for your career?

I want to keep writing and improve as I do it. I strive to stay true to myself and inspire others to do so as well. I want to connect with as many people as I can. Keeping a strong relationship between my followers and I is vital.

What advice would you give to anyone who wishes to one day become an artist on their own?

Never stop practicing! There is ALWAYS room to improve, no matter how talented you are. Keep a positive mindset and an open heart. It will help you tremendously.
